1Introduction

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pg slots platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). PG Slots does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. Supported payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are processed instantly.
• Deposits via bank IBFT may take up to 2 hours depending on the issuing bank.
• PG Slots does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming and betting activities on pg slots — they cannot be transferred to other users.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 3 minutes of the request being submitted.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing times.
• PG Slots reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full as described in Section 5.

5Bonuses & Promotions

PG Slots offers various bonuses and promotional programmes to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, refer-a-friend rewards, and seasonal tournament prize boosts. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions in this section as well as any specific conditions published alongside the individual offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your pg slots wallet are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 3,000 bonus requires Rs 90,000 in total qualifying wagers to be completed before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

6Games & Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Settlement

In no event shall pg slots' total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims arising from your use of the pg slots platform exceed the value of the net deposits made by you to your pg slots account in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

13Account Closure

13.1 Closure by Player

You may close your pg slots account at any time by contacting customer support at support@pgslots.bio. Before closing your account, any pending bets or games in progress will be settled normally and any resulting PKR balance will be available for withdrawal. Please allow up to 3 business days for the closure process to be completed.

13.2 Closure by PG Slots

PG Slots reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if: these Terms have been breached; fraudulent activity has been detected; the account is involved in money laundering; the account holder is found to be under 18; or for any other reason that pg slots determines, in its reasonable discretion, justifies account closure. In cases of fraudulent activity or Terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

An account on pg slots is considered dormant if no login or financial activity has occurred for 12 consecutive months. A dormant account administration fee of Rs 500 per month may be deducted from any remaining wallet balance. PG Slots will attempt to notify you by SMS or email before applying dormancy fees.

14Changes to These Terms

PG Slots may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via SMS notification to their registered mobile number and/or through a prominent notice on the pg slots website. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.

Your continued use of the pg slots platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 13.
